Frequently Asked Questions

To keep your items looking their best, please avoid getting them wet, bending or dropping them. Polymer Clay is very light but is a delicate medium and needs to get treated with care to avoid breakage.
Store them out of direct sunlight and heat. Ideally they would love to be stored on a trinket dish or in jewellery box.

Please avoid contact with perfumes, makeup, and moisturisers to avoid discolouration. If you do happen to get some makeup on them, please gently wipe them with a soft lightly dampen cloth. For hair clips please note that they have an alligator clip attached to the back, please supervise children and do not leave them without supervision.

Please only gently hand wash your scrunchies in cold water and separate light and dark colours to avoid discolouration.

Shipping Information

All orders are packed with care, and I aim to have all orders processed within 3 – 7 business days (depending on time of year, e.g. Christmas).

We currently only ship within Australia and will look to expand internationally in the future.

All orders are posted with Australia Post, and you will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been fulfilled.  Please check Australia Posts website for the most up to date delivery times for your order and allow extra time during peak periods of the year for postage.  Please note, these delivery times are out of my control and Louise & Leigh are not responsible for Australia Posts delivery times. 

Louise & Leigh will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, once Australia Post has the parcel.  It is your responsibility to check the tracking information.

Please check your shipping address is correct as Louise & Leigh will not be held responsible for any orders being returned to sender.  If the order is returned to us, it is then up to the customer to pay the extra postage fee for items to be posted again.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Louise & Leigh, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Whilst we do not offer refunds on change of mind for hygiene reasons, we will gladly process a refund if the received item is deemed faulty.

Within 7 days of receiving a product, to initiate a refund for a faulty item, please provide clear images that help us assess the fault. After the 7 days, refunds will not be considered.
